At the time of construction i have visited the site for quality approval. Power back is so excellent. Maintained charge by builder in reasonable charges. Lift are working well and maintenance of lift is in every year on defined time Cons - Some drawback are shops are so far away the society. If you have your own vehicle so you have no issues. Sharing and public transportation are no easily available there. Maids are not easily available there. If you have to hire maid you have to provide him servent room. Some majore issue is transport."
